Orlando Repertory Theater

The Orlando Repertory Theater is a national leader in the realm of family theater. We worked with The Rep in order to develop a simple and effective digital strategy to be applied to their website rebuild. Using Deep Dive’s patented (not really) discovery process, which is a mixture of:
- Stakeholder questionnaires to define business and organizational goals among other things
- Keyword and SEO analysis
- Budget analysis
- Competitive analysis
- Website wireframes
to determine the user experience (UX) and information architecture (IA). Being a non-profit at Orlando’s cultural center there is a lot of information to cover for an organization like The Rep, but simplification works best. Distilled, The Rep’s business goals center around their award-winning shows, assortment of summer camp programs, and their involvement with UCF’s MFA program.
The Orlando Repertory Theater’s dedicated leadership and stellar product has always made it more successful with each new season, but following the launch of their new website the theater saw record breaking attendance for shows and camps, increased online donations and social media chatter, and streamlined administrative efficiency with the content management platform and tools like online forms.
